HOW TO UPDATE YOUR CARD DETAILS WITH WORLDPAY
The easy way:
Please email email accounts advising that you wish to update your card details and provide the best number to reach you on. We will call you (usually within 4 hours) and carry out the update for you.
The other way:
If you have the original emails that WorldPay sent you when you set up your Depositit account, please locate these and:
- Go to the worldpay website by clicking here
- Enter your WorldPay username and password to login.
- Once logged in, click on the blue hyperlink number under Agreement ID
- You will now be on the Futurepay Agreement Details page and you should select the 'change payment details' button at the top.
- You can now put in your new card details and submit.
Note: If you also need to update your email address or any other contact details click on the "Change Contact Details" button to change your personal information
