A: Files can be restored 24/7 directly from Protektit. Open the software, click on the restore tab and choose the file/s you need to restore.
To restore files to a new machine, you would first go to the login area on our website & download Protektit onto your new computer.

Q2: Can I restore just a single file or do I need to restore everything?
A: You have the choice to restore a single file, multiple files/folders or everything.
